Welcome to
Singletary’s Second Chances
Our Story: From Foundation to Second Chances
My name is Thomas “T-Sing” Singletary, and Singletary’s Second Chances was never about profit—it was born out of purpose.
This store carries the legacy of my former nonprofit, The Tithing Foundation, which operated from 2020 to 2024 in San Antonio, TX. Through that ministry, I gave away food and clothing every month to people in need—because I know firsthand what it feels like to have nothing. I was once homeless on these same streets, and I made a vow to God:
“If You lift me up, I’ll spend the rest of my life lifting others.”
During that time, generous people donated clothing, shoes, and household goods. I always gave them two choices:
“Do you want me to give this away, or can I use it to raise funds to support the mission?”
The inventory you see here came from that same spirit. These goods were given with love and purpose, and when The Tithing Foundation shut down, I couldn’t let that purpose die.
So in 2025, I launched Singletary’s Second Chances—a business on paper, but still a ministry at heart.
Giving Back
At Singletary’s Second Chances, nothing goes to waste—because everything was given with intention.
That’s why 10% of every sale goes directly to the San Antonio Food Bank, to help fight hunger in the same community that once helped feed me.
And any clothing that can’t be sold?
It gets donated to Haven for Hope, so someone else can be clothed with dignity, just like I once needed to be.
This is more than resale.
It’s restoration.
It’s redemption.
It’s a second chance—for the items, for the people, and for the man behind it all.
Thank you for being part of something deeper.
