At Singletary's Second Chances, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of resale items, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt if the item is new and unopened.
If the return is a result of an error on our part—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item—we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within two weeks from the time you send your package back. This estimate includes:

3 to 5 business days for processing once we receive your return
Time for your bank to finalize the refund
